Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealer Principal to oversee the operation of our dealership. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and profitability.



Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the dealership's operations, including sales, service, finance, and administration Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations Build and maintain relationships with customers and manufacturers Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement training programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies to maximize profitability Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner Stay current on industry trends and developments


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive retail management Proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills Knowledge of dealership operations and best practices Familiarity with automotive industry regulations and compliance requirements Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
