Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Dealer Principal within the Automotive Industry
BCom Degree in Business Management or similar will be highly advantageous
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent financial acumen and business development expertise
In-depth knowledge of the Automotive Industry and market trends
Ability to drive performance while ensuring customer satisfaction
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Valid Driver's License required
Must be able to provide contactable references and payslips on request
