Job Description
Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Dealer Principal within the Automotive Industry
- BCom Degree in Business Management or similar will be highly advantageous
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial acumen and business development expertise
- In-depth knowledge of the Automotive Industry and market trends
- Ability to drive performance while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid Driver's License required
- Must be able to provide contactable references and payslips on request
- Basic Salary of R 40 000 to R50 000 based on experience
- Additional Monthly Incentives, based on the overall performance of the Dealer
- Benefits including Medical Aid and Provident Fund contribution
- Company Vehicle with Fuel
