Job Summary Duties include

• Develop strategies to enhance dealership revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Implement people capacity plans aligned with performance objectives and budgets.
• Achieve and exceed financial targets as agreed.
• Manage cross-functional areas effectively to optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and OEM guidelines.
• Oversee the dealership's financial assets, including cash flow, stock, and debtors.
• Lead and manage staff to attract and retain high-quality employees.
• Focus on customer acquisition and retention through customer-centric initiatives.
• Analyse market trends and competitor intelligence to inform strategies.
• Foster a positive work environment that maximizes employee productivity.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) required
• B Com / other relevant tertiary business/commercial qualifications (NQF Level 7 preferable)
• 7+ years in the motor industry with exposure to various business disciplines
• 5 + years in vehicle retail - new and pre-owned sales
• Dealer Operational Management
• Experience in retail, sales and service
• Marketing experience
• Reside within the North-West or nearby
