Job Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dealer Principal who is looking for a new challenge in Mpumalanga.
Duties and responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff; Monitor the sales, parts and workshop of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments; Maintain and increase market penetration; Improve stock turnover, increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal of a vehicle dealership.
- Experience with corporate branded dealerships and volume brands like Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Suzuki, Haval, Ford, Mazda etc.
- Solid track reference and excellent management skills.
- Ability to ensure profitable business.
- Clear criminal record.
- Tertiary education and management training beneficial.
- Valid drivers license.
