Dealer Network Development Specialist

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute quarterly dealer performance evaluations in line with the company's dealer evaluation policy and framework.

Assess dealership operations, sales performance, customer service standards, and adherence to brand guidelines and classify the dealerships accordingly.

Monitor and ensure full compliance with BAIC SA policies, procedures, and expectations across the dealer network.

Address areas of non-compliance by developing structured improvement plans and conducting follow-up reviews.

Conduct continuous assessments of geographical coverage and market potential to ensure optimal dealer representation.

Recommend dealership openings, closures, or relocations based on performance and market opportunities.

Align dealer footprint with brand strategy and long-term sales and volume growth projections.

Manage the onboarding process for new dealers, ensuring compliance with company requirements.

Collaborate with the Brand & PR department to coordinate dealership infrastructure setup in line with corporate identity and brand standards (CI/VI, showroom design and setup, signage, etc.).

Identify capability gaps in dealer staff (sales, technical, and management) and recommend or facilitate relevant training programs.

Perform other duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree or higher

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in automotive marketing and network management

Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and automotive marketing principles

Have experience in channel operations and management within mainstream automobile enterprises.

In-depth understanding of dealer operations, with experience in dealer promotion projects and can organize the operation evaluation of dealers.

COMPETENCIES:

Ability to design and implement training system, including product knowledge, sales process skills and dealer staff development

Experience in organizing and delivering dealer training programs

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
