Establish and Maintain documents and records system for Waste Management Decontamination and Decommissioning (D&D) Programme.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
SERVICES TO WASTE MANAGEMENT
Create a traceable electronic record system (database) for each APA cluster and project documents.
Maintain a traceable record system for each APA cluster and Project documents.
Create and maintain the annual D&D Programme Checklist for all PIDs, quarterly reports and receipt of all Projects PoEs including their associated budgets.
Create and maintain a monthly tracking status list of documents submitted required in the calculation of the D&D performance.
Schedule all D&D Programme meetings (monthly tracking meetings, annual APA workshops and cluster targeting meetings etc.)
Taking minutes of all D&D related meetings.
Request for documents and records related to execution of D&D Projects.
Regular follow up of outstanding D&D Project documents and records.
Share records and documents with management for audit purposes.
Perform administrative work regarding the execution of D&D Programme.
SERVICES TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO)
Share Project information with PMO.
Arrange periodic: Progress tracing meetings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
KEY KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Computer literacy is essential
Knowledge of the document and record systems (MRI, LAN, SharePoint)
Recording and reporting skills.
Administrative skills.
Communication skills
COMPETENCIES
Working knowledge of computers and relevant software (Word processing, spread sheets and databases)
Executing of ad hoc tasks which may occur periodically.
Professional communication skills required to work with people at all levels

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education
:
Diploma in Office Administration/Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent.
Two (2) years' experience in administrative work.
One (1) year experience in Waste Management environment will be an added advantage.
