Job Summary We are looking for a Data Scientist / Statistician to leverage advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and AI techniques to generate insights and develop scalable solutions that inform business strategy and drive client success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods, data science techniques, and AI algorithms to provide actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain forecasting, valuation, and predictive models to support business objectives.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity, reliability, and alignment with project goals.
• Implement AI-driven solutions and advanced analytics workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Manage data systems and architecture to ensure accessible, secure, and fit-for-purpose reporting capabilities.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science (Bachelor's acceptable with strong experience).
• 3-5+ years' experience in statistical research, data analysis, or data science.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and statistical tools such as SPSS.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks, predictive modelling, and AI-driven solutions.
• Proven ability to handle large datasets and ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy.
• Experience building dashboards, automated reports, and delivering client-ready outputs.
• Strong communication, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to deliver results under deadlines.
