Job Summary The Data Scientist/Statistician will leverage statistical expertise, data science methods, and AI techniques to analyse data and deliver actionable insights to our clients, to inform business decision-making and satisfy client needs. Reporting into Executive: Data Science Department/Team Professional Services Department Occupational Level: Specialist BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE Formal Qualification Post Graduate Degree in Statistics or Mathematics or Data Science Essential Experience At least 3-5 years statistical research experience Experience with dashboard and automated reporting Proven experience in handling big data Experience using data science techniques including solution architecture Job Related Knowledge (knowledge of systems, processes, regulations, or law) Strong proficiency in statistical methods, SPSS, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design is essential for interpreting data accurately and deriving meaningful insights. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science and statistical analysis, such as Python, R, or SQL, is crucial for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
