Data Scientist (SQL, Python, Azure, Power BI, Kimball) Kempton Park, Rneg + Ben
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years + experience within a data science environment, preferably with mining and mineral processing experience or supply chain experience
- Kimball dimensional modelling (star vs. snowflake)
- SQL (T-SQL, M code), data ingestion from ERP, CRM, Cloud & on-premise sources
- PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Data Gateways
- Python (R & Spark beneficial)
- Time series forecasting: ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM
- Predictive maintenance models (failure prediction, anomaly detection, RUL)
- Model deployment with Azure ML & AKS
- Power BI (M Code, DAX, dashboards)
- Root cause analysis & performance insights
- REST APIs, microservices, Azure App Services
