Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4+ years in data science or software engineering
Python and/or Java mastery
SQL sorcery and database design
Proven experience deploying ML/AI models in production
Bonus: Kafka, distributed systems, NLP/LLM/RAG, telecom/signal processing
Strong communicator with leadership flair
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on data science, AI, or machine learning.
Preferred: Master's degree in a related discipline.
