Data Scientist / Statistician
What Youll Be Doing:

Designing Smart Solutions: Advise internal teams on the best methodologies to solve client challenges.
Advanced Statistical Analysis: Use cutting-edge techniques to provide actionable insights, not just academic output.
AI & Machine Learning: Apply AI and ML algorithms to streamline and enhance analytical workflows.
System and Data Architecture: Build scalable data infrastructure and intuitive reporting platforms.
Client Impact: Translate complex data into clear, value-adding business recommendations.
Sample Design & Field Coordination: Ensure that data is representative and collected with purpose.
Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of global trends in data science, visualisation, and automation.

What You Bring:

Post-graduate Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
35+ years experience in statistical research and data analysis
Proven ability to handle and interpret big data
Advanced skills in SPSS, Python, SQL, or R
Strong grasp of data governance, AI techniques (e.g., NLP and deep learning), and ML frameworks
Experience with dashboard development, automated reporting, and data visualisation
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Skills Thatll Make You Stand Out:

Solution architecture experience
Familiarity with research processes and survey methodologies
Strong consultative mindset and project management skills
Critical thinking and a bias for action
