You'll be instrumental in developing and applying generative AI technologies to revolutionise our clients media products and services.



This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, researching, prototyping, and implementing cutting-edge AI models that will power the next generation of media experiences.



What You'll Be Doing:



Lead the charge in researching and developing generative AI models (like LLMs and multimodal models) for media applications, including content creation, personalisation, creative optimisation, and audience engagement. Quickly build prototypes for new AI-driven features, run experiments, and evaluate model performance using real-world data. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and media strategists to ensure our AI initiatives align perfectly with business goals and product roadmaps. Dive into complex datasets, develop and validate machine learning models, and apply statistical methods for media optimisation, segmentation, and forecasting. Partner with engineering teams to deploy AI models into scalable, robust production environments. Stay at the forefront of AI and media technology trends, proposing and driving the adoption of new tools and methodologies, and contributing to our internal knowledge sharing. Champion responsible AI development, ensuring adherence to data privacy, fairness, and transparency standards.




What We're Looking For:



An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data science roles, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML and R&D, ideally within the media, advertising, or technology sectors. Expertise in generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, GANs), NLP, and/or multimodal AI. Proficiency in Python and key ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.). Experience with data engineering, large-scale data analysis, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment. A track record of published research, open-source contributions, or patents in AI/ML.
