About the Role

We are seeking a talented

Data Scientist

to join our innovative data team. You will leverage your expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver data-driven recommendations. Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data to prepare it for analysis and modeling. Visualize data insights and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Continuously improve data science methodologies and algorithms. Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability. Document data science workflows, models, and results.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role (2+ years preferred). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Strong knowledge of machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Expertise in statistical analysis and data mining techniques. Experience with SQL and working with relational databases. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn). Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments. Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) is a plus.
