Summary
Leading Financial Services company requires a Data Platform Manager to focus on leading the strategy, development and adoption of the company's internal Data and ML platform.
Description
- Identify and conduct internal user research to understand data consumers' needs, improving satisfaction and adoption metrics
- Establish a comprehensive roadmap for products
- Provide operations management and manage service availability of the various technologies
- Responsible for leading, transforming and delivering digital workplace services
- Build effective stakeholder relationships and create a wide-ranging network of relationships across the organisation
- Matric / Grade 12
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics (preferred) or National Diploma in an Information Technology related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in leading data platform teams with about 2 years experience in cloud technologies
- Experience owning and managing a budget and resource planning
- Effective Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
