Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Management Consultant's at Senior Consultant level and Managmenet to deliver data governance, data quality, and data strategy initiatives across the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and stakeholder management skills to drive data excellence and enable data-driven decision-making
Data Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide data management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Drive data stewardship programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or STEM fields.
- 4+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or data consulting.
- Proven experience in managing data-related projects and leading teams.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA, DCAM).
- Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Talend) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA, GDPR).
