Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy
- Champion data governance, compliance, and quality initiatives
- Oversee data architecture, cataloging, and lifecycle management
- Drive analytics use cases for support functions and integrate insights into business processes
- Partner with IT to build scalable, compliant data infrastructure
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in data, analytics, or technology roles, with at least 3 years in leadership
- Proven success in bridging business and technology for enterprise-wide data delivery
- Strong technical expertise in Azure Synapse, SQL, and data integration platforms
- In-depth knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks
- Advanced data architecture and analytics capabilities
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
