Job Description
My client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated data engineer to join their dynamic team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data availability, quality, and reliability. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a data engineer or similar role.
- Strong experience with data warehousing and data lake architecture and technologies.
- Experience in Data Vault and dimensional modeling techniques for data warehousing.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, AWS EMR, Databricks (a plus).
- Experience with data streaming technologies like Kafka, AWS Kinesis (a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
