Job Description


We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Engineer with one of our International clients (Remote).

Requirements:

  • Must have completed Grade 12
  • Must have a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience in DevOps, Software development, data engineering
  • SQL, NoSQL databases
  • Power BI, Hadoop, Spark, or Hive
  • Python, Java, and Scala
  • Knowledge of data pipeline tools: Kafka, Airflow or Nifi
  • AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Snowflake
  • Knowledge of Data Modelling and data architecture standards
  • Understanding of Machine learning
  • Must be familiar with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and tool
