We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Cape Metropole Blood Bank team. Purpose of the job:



To accurately and timeously capture, verify, and process patient and billing data, ensuring request information is correct, discrepancies are resolved, and billing documents are prepared in line with organisational policies, quality standards, and financial requirements.




Minimum Requirements:




Matric Certificate. Previous experience in a laboratory or patient billing environment. Computer literate, i.e., proficiency in the usage of the MS Office package.




A combination of the following skills, knowledge, and attributes is required:


Good interpersonal and communication skills. Have a friendly disposition and show a keen interest in the work. A willingness to work as part of a team is essential. Attention to detail.



As part of the recruitment and selection process, you will be required to complete a psychometric assessment.
