• Completed University Degree
• Excellent time management

• Ability to implement and manage processes and procedures well

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage processes and procedures related to telesales administration
• Supervise the efficient and effective day to day operation of the department
• Synergize with sales departments
• Provide accurate and timely reporting
• Identify problems and find creative, long-term solutions
• Timely communication of organizational and departmental needs
• Work closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors in sales departments
• Identify development needs, opportunities and obstacles
• Ensure team growth
• Coaching and mentoring of data control team members
• Ad Hoc duties

Skills:

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Proficient in Business English
• Excellent MS Excel and Word skills
• Experience with SQL Platforms, PHP, Python, DAX (Power Query), PowerBI and CRM Systems (Bitrix24) advantageous
