Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Capturer to join our finance team. They must be able to to do manual data capturing and be very familiar with Sage.
Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and authorization. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier invoices Assist with month-end closing activities Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and approval of invoices. Assist with ad-hoc financial task
Requirements
:Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Deadline driven Basic accountingprinciples Attention to details
Personal Attribute:
Able to manage time and work under pressure; Flexible in terms of working hours (weekends required); Excellent communication and organizational skills;
