Data Capturer
. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to perform well under pressure, contributing to our vibrant team environment.
The primary responsibility of the Data Capturer is to ensure the accurate and consistent capturing and updating of electronic data.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Collating and uploading data for new business.
Processing debit and credit journals on levy statements.
Raising standard charges and opening balances.
Addressing and resolving account queries.
Uploading electricity and water batches from electronic data provided by reading companies.
Updating electricity and water information on levy solutions accounts.
Distributing monthly levy statements.
Assisting with reconciliations on levy accounts when needed.
Updating owner details as requested by Property Managers or owners.
Processing levy payments upon receipt of bank statements.
Minimum Qualification Required:
National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate)
Proficiency in both written and spoken languages (bilingual)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
