Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in data capturing- preferably
  • Computer literate
  • Grade 12/Matric
Duties & Responsibilities
INTERNAL PROCESS
  • Effective and efficient data capture and processing of new business documentation by applying standards, protocols, and guidelines set.
  • Follow up on new business outstanding requirements to ensure efficiency in the operational process.
  • Liaise with customers with regard to any queries related to the new business process either telephonically or in writing.
  • Effectively resolve any queries received.
  • Adhere to organisational best practices and legislative requirements.
  • Identify trends and training gaps.
  • Identify risks to the company and escalate accordingly.
  • Maintain a consistent service delivery to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Engage in appropriate training interventions to promote own professional development.
  • Drive and support effective teamwork within the department.
  • Demonstrate the company's values on a daily basis
  • Validate data, compile and submit reports when required
  • Check data completeness, consistency and verify relevant documentation by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Accurately create and maintain information in the applicable system(s) or databases within agree quality and time standards.
  • Review data quality regularly and make recommendations to improve data quality.
  • Scan and allocate all supporting documents
  • Complete relevant documentation and submit to various stakeholders.
CLIENT SERVICES
  • Investigate client queries within the agreed service level and ensure that client receives timeous feedback and escalate client queries to the relevant department or stakeholder..
  • Deliver on service level agreements and made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed.
  • Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility
  • Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service
  • Provide accurate information and advice to clients and stakeholders in order to ensure that the client receives the appropriate services.
  • Provide regular reports on delivery of services against agreed service level agreements and in terms of overall customer targets.
  • Through honesty, trust and respect provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactively build and maintain client relationships by presenting our innovative and trustworthy product offerings through professional and credible Financial Advisory services.

  • Prepare, interpret and present client financial performance and other relevant information so enhance client understanding and facilitate decision-making
