Where You'll Add Value:
Define and design scalable, secure data architectures and target-state data platforms.
Guide the design of data pipelines and data warehouses, primarily using Snowflake on AWS with Python and DBT.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers.
Support and advise on migrations from legacy Microsoft BI tools (SSIS/SSAS) to cloud-native solutions.
Own architectural standards across data quality, performance, governance, and best engineering practices.
What Sets You Apart:
5+ years' experience in data engineering and/or data architecture roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS (S3, Lambda), and DBT.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence engineering teams.
Experience working in regulated or FinTech environments.
Clear communicator with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach to architecture.
