Who are we?

Sanlam Investments Multi Manager researches, identifies, blends and manages portfolios that give you access to the best investment managers, with the aim of achieving the best possible returns at the appropriate level of risk. We design and blend unique portfolios based on a deep understanding of our clients' investment aims and a fundamental insight into how they perceive risk. By developing a mutual understanding of their investment aim and philosophy we are able to assist them in achieving their investment goals in the long run.

What will make you successful in this role?

• Monitor automated internal and external data loads into the data warehouse and resolve any issues.
• Enrich data with information required for internal and external client reporting.
• Run data audits and clear any data issues.
• Extract and provide data files for client reporting systems.
• Extract and provide ad hoc reports for internal and external clients.
• Resolve client queries with regard to data issues.
• Continuously review and enhance data related processes.
• Documenting of as is-analysis and process documents.
• Data clean-ups and ensuring that the data is well maintained.
• Ongoing system development:

- Analyse business requirements.
- Write specifications.
- Test development.
- Sign-off development.
- Daily compliance for CIS Funds.
- Month-end and Quarter-end Client reporting processes: Fund fact sheets; CIS Investment reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A relevant tertiary degree.
• 2 years' experience in a similar role in asset management.
• Experience in working with data systems and databases.
