Job Description

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and presenting insights to our clients. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with experience in statistical analysis software and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and interpret large datasets
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms and dashboards
• Identify trends, patterns, and relationships in data sets
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and accuracy
• Stay up to date with advances in data mining, machine learning, and statistical modeling

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong experience with statistical analysis software such as Python, R, or SAS
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience with database management systems
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and data visualization tools is a plus
