Job Description
Requirements:
- 5+ years of data analysis experience
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in ICT preferred
- Proficiency in data frameworks, practices, and tools
- Knowledge of database and data warehouse design
- Expertise in building logical and physical data models
- Proficient in SQL and noSQL databases, SQL reporting tools, and Power BI
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and research orientation
- Ability to collect, analyse, and present information with precision
- Skilled in deriving actionable insights from raw data
- Experience with workflow management tools
- Exposure to unstructured data
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Extract value from diverse datasets
- Create scalable infrastructure for data-driven insights and debt recovery
- Develop predictive models for customer debt settlement
- Conduct root cause analysis to improve processes
- Manage data transformation, structures, and metadata
- Apply practical problem-solving approaches
- Communicate findings effectively
- Ensure data integrity and consistency
- Administer and maintain databases
- Analyse data and create reports for stakeholders
- Define data sources, flows, and transformations
- Develop test cases for quality assurance
- Collaborate with technical and business teams
- Promote data solution quality and scalability
- Handle confidential data responsibly
- Evaluate system changes for reporting impact
