Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled

Data Analyst/Operations Expert

with strong analytical capabilities and operational expertise to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in data analysis and operations management, with a focus on tracking progress, analyzing business performance, and providing actionable insights to improve processes. This role involves supporting a network of over 250 franchisees, making franchise industry experience highly beneficial. A reliable home office setup, including backup power and necessary equipment, is required to ensure uninterrupted productivity.

Key Responsibilities

:

Data Analysis

: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to track business performance and operational trends. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business processes. Collate and put together weekly/monthly reports

Operations Management

: Monitor ongoing business activities across a network of over 250 franchisees, ensuring alignment with strategic goals within a team. Track progress on key projects, identifying areas for improvement and addressing operational challenges within the franchise network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational goals are met. Monitor performance of Corporate stores , clock in clock out , operational performance and audits

Reporting & Insights

: Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports summarizing key findings and performance trends. Use data to recommend process improvements and strategies for enhanced performance within the franchise system.

Qualifications

:

Experience

in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience

in data analysis Experience dealing with franchise operations or large networks is a plus. Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Monday.com). Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Ability to present findings and communicate on zoom meetings confidently Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable home office setup and backup power.

Additional Requirements

:

Experience working in the

franchise industry

or with large networks is beneficial. Reliable home office setup, including a stable internet connection, backup power, and necessary equipment to maintain productivity.
