Responsibilities:

• Uncover process optimization opportunities and leverage self-service BI tools to enhance performance.
• Develop data driven- strategies to reduce costs and increase revenue through data-driven insights.
• Identify trends in data to solve recurring issues and recommend actionable solutions.
• Create and deliver reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data and business teams to design effective data analysis and reporting solutions.
• Analyse client and management feedback, suggesting process improvements and enhancing reporting solutions.
• Share insights and knowledge with team members while participating in cross-functional projects.
• Validate data extraction logic and ensure data accuracy through team collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Bachelors Degree (NQF Level 7) in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a data analytics role.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, Microsoft SQL, Postgres SQL, Confluence, Jira, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
