Duties:

• Collect, process, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track KPIs.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
• Assist in forecasting, modelling, and predictive analytics projects.
• Continuously optimize data processes and improve reporting efficiency.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proven experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics techniques.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and statistical tools.
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, concise way.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
