An innovative and fast-growing organization embarking on an upcoming project that will shape the future within Mining sector. We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in the mining sector. This role will be based in Kathu, Northern Cape.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and structure data from various business systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build and automate Power BI and Excel reports for strategic decision-making.
• Analyse operational data to uncover trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop Power Apps for digital workflow enhancements and integrate with Power BI dashboards.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to provide actionable insights for project performance reviews.

Qualifications and Skills requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong experience with Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Data transformation, report automation, analytical thinking, and clear communication.
• Self-motivated, problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
