Data Analyst
Job Description
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their dynamic team based in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven individual to contribute to high-impact decision-making processes and help drive business performance through actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics
Perform trend analysis and create visualizations to support business strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide analytical solutions
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using data
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience with Python or R is an advantage
