Hire Resolve's client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their dynamic team based in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven individual to contribute to high-impact decision-making processes and help drive business performance through actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple sourcesDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metricsPerform trend analysis and create visualizations to support business strategyCollaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide analytical solutionsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation using dataEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all timesRequirements:Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar roleProficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesExperience with Python or R is an advantageContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
