Job Description
As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the collection and acquisition of data
Preparing and cleaning data
Carrying out the analysis and interpretation of data collected
The visualisation of data and reporting on it
Ensuring the effective management of the organisation's database and queries relating to it
Assisting with monitoring and evaluation
Managing any staff allocated to this area of work
Skills required include:
A tertiary qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in information management, data governance and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of relevant data protection and privacy regulations
Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, BI Tools etc.)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work under pressure and be deadline driven
To be a quick and willing learner and a sensitive individual with strong interpersonal skills, able to work in a team and on your own.
