We are looking for an all-rounder who is willing to learn and grow within the organization. We want someone who is more that just about creating reports. We are looking for someone who is able to look at data and identify problems and opportunities.
THE ROLE
Create Workflows Build dashboards Work with and link multiple data sets Be able to maintain and update existing procedures on CRM / Telephony System Create and update SOP documents Create and update Call Centre Performance and Agent Reports
Reporting and Analysis
Basic understanding of SQL Good knowledge of Pivot Tables and Tables Ability to manipulate data Must understand relational data sets with different field formats Good knowledge of MS Suite (Excel / Access) Previous experience creating shareable live dashboards
There are multiple data sets from different platforms that need to be linked to create meaningful insights.
REQUIREMENTS
Pro-choice National Senior Certificate (Matric) Minimum 5 years' working experience Proficient in Excel
