Your key job responsibilities as the Danish speaking Customer Service Representative in Cape Town, South Africa will include:
- Responding to Danish customer queries via telephone, email and online chats
- Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
- Customer relationship building and management
- Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Danish as a first language and fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Some customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must love working with people
- Driven and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers
