Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of the D365 CRM solution.
Oversee system architecture, integrations, and data migration activities.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the development team.
Ensure solution integrity, performance, and adherence to best practices and security standards.
Manage technical documentation, deployment, and ongoing support.
Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical design and development.
Strong understanding of Power Platform, Azure integrations, and data modelling.
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
Background in financial services or complex enterprise environments advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
