D365 Functional Consultant
Job Description
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse and document CRM requirements.
Design and configure D365 CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure effective system integration and data migration.
Conduct user acceptance testing, training, and post-implementation support.
Provide functional expertise and recommendations to enhance system capability and adoption.
Minimum 5 - 7 Years experience as a Functional Consultant within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) environment.
Strong understanding of business processes in the financial services sector.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
