Cycle Counter Warehouse
Job Description
Pump and Abrasion Technologies are looking for a Cycle Counter, to be based at their warehouse in Centurion.
The purpose of the role will be developing, monitoring, controlling inventory tracking practices, and improving stock accuracy
Stores cycle counter duties - But not limited to
Execute daily cycle counts, bi-counts, and yearly stock take.
Conduct reconciliations, recount, and analyze inventory variances.
Inventory control to monitor stock and identify discrepancies.
Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
Assist auditors during stock audits.
Verify stock adjustments.
Keeping accurate records of counts, adjustments and approvals.
Maintaining product identification and location programs
Audit order quantities.
Audit incoming stock quantities.
Any reasonable instruction by management
Able to work overtime from time to time.
Housekeeping to company standard
Skills required:
Attention to detail. A good understanding of Math and accounting principles. Good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Excellent administrative skills Ability to multi-task.
Qualifications and experience
Stock control experience. At least 1 year experience in Warehousing. Matric Computer Skills * At least 1 year experience in Production.
