Job Description

Threat detection & monitoring: Analyse logs, hunt for threats, and keep adversaries at bay
Incident investigation: Collaborate with teams, document findings, and support swift, effective response
Vulnerability remediation: Conduct regular reviews to spot dormant, rogue, or unauthorised devices
Security assessments: Maintain action plans and keep risk registers up to date
Compliance checks: Identify and report non-compliance across all environments
Human-focused security: Run phishing campaigns and behavioural security simulations
Attack simulations: Support controlled offensive exercises to test organisational resilience
Reporting: Produce clear, digestible security reports for management
Tools: Hands-on with Defender XDR, Intune, and Red Team platforms
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Security Analyst or Security Operations role
Knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft security suite
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISC Certified in Cybersecurity, or ISACA Certified Cybersecurity Operations Analyst
A valid driver's licence
And most importantly--curiosity, drive, and a passion for staying ahead of cyber threats
