Manage CVA costing team and provide administrative support to service operations and achieve customer satisfaction.
Resolve internal and external customer queries
Accurately control costing end-to-end processes of CVA Administration
SAP/CRM Superuser functions
Update and Maintain Master data, CAT foresight and CRM contract management
Co-ordinate with Planning team for WIP management and target execution and effectively control cost centre expenses and Work-in-Progress.
Achieve a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability.
Follow up on debtors' queries and resolve internal and external customer concerns
Ensure Staffing & Safety requirements of team and environment are achieved.
Ensure effective communication between team and management.
Apply Barloworld-Equipment leadership philosophy.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Appropriate academic background (Grade 12 and an accounting or administration qualification)
Leadership Potential ability to achieve results utilizing talent in team;
Minimum 5 years' experience of costing / administration
Minimum 5 years SAP/CRM Super User experience
Experience with costing and managing contracts and contract jobs on CRM
Effective self-management and performance ownership
Good analytical skills and accuracy
Good Time management.
Sound communication skills
