Customer Trainer
Job Description
Call customers to schedule training. ? Conduct training at Customer premises. ? Extensive travel required with long periods away from home. ? Fit and healthy -be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time. ? Record all training done with participants. ? Maintain an ongoing yearly record of training done with ACE customers. ? File all copies of Training registers. ? Ensure all store DC Hygiene file is up to date. ? Do small repairs to dispensing equipment whilst in store. ? Communicate any maintenance issues that he /she cannot fix immediately when on site. ? Responsible for all the merchandising of Diversey material -new stores/customers. ? Replacement of old or peeling merchandising when after conducting training. ? Identify competitor products in-store and report findings to relevant Sales Representatives. ? Ability to deal with a pressurized and tough Retail environment
Matric Certificate ? Current Driver's license ? Presentable, with excellent interpersonal skills. ? Strong verbal and written English communication skills. ? Technical knowledge of chemical dispensing systems. ? Willing to travel extensively. ? Willing to work overtime, as and when expected by the company. ? Understanding of hygiene and cleaning practices, equipment, and products
