Recharger Prepaid Meters is a leading, national metering company based in La Lucia, Durban, KwaZulu Natal. A General Admin Position has become available within the Support Centre. This position is based at our Head Office, call centre in La Lucia. This is an evening shift position with working hours 3 : 00 pm - 10 : 30 pm. This includes weekends and public holidays.
Ability to engage with clients on general queries and support via email and telephonically
Attention to detail and accuracy of document administration
Answering telephone calls from clients timeously and assisting with general queries
Ability to multi-task and ensure all queries are managed and resolved timeously
General administration duties
. Ability to effectively work within a team as well as alone
. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Matric
Must be computer literate
Customer service / call centre / general administration experience
Ability to work weekends, public holidays and Shifts
