German speaking role in Customer Service, 100% remote

The client is a fast-growing MedTech SaaS company developing innovative digital solutions that support healthcare providers and improve patient experiences. To strengthen their customer-facing operations, they are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) who enjoys communication and is eager to support users with professionalism and empathy. Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, primarily via phone, email and chat (first experience in HubSpot, Salesforce; internal communication via Slack advantageous).
  • Handle inquiries related to the company's digital products and services.
  • Identify, document, and analyse customer issues; escalate to specialist teams when needed.
  • Ensure all customer requests are handled promptly, professionally, and with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate closely internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Your Profile
  • First experience in customer service or a support environment -- ideal for entry-level candidates.
  • Excellent German communication skills (spoken and written); good English skills are a plus.
  • Strong phone communication skills and confidence in written customer interaction.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Interest in digital products and the ability to quickly understand technical topics.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain friendly and solution-focused even in challenging situations.
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style.
  • You are South African, or hold a visa for South Africa and are allowed to work in Soth Africa
