YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming queries across multiple channels
  • Troubleshoot transaction issues including cross-border payments, FX, and wallets
  • Guide users through onboarding and compliance (KYC)
  • Identify suspicious activity and escalate to compliance teams
  • Educate customers on platform features and maintain knowledge bases
  • Provide actionable feedback to product teams
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
  • 3+ years in Customer Support (fintech, banking, SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication skills - able to simplify complex financial concepts
  • Tech-savvy with support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk)
  • Problem-solving mindset with empathy and patience under pressure
