Customer Support - Pine Hosting Ltd

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Pine Hosting as a remote Customer Support Representative! This contractor role is ideal for a young, passionate gamer with experience in game server hosting. You'll work full-time on a fixed schedule (typically 8:00-4:00, with adjustments to better suit customer time zones), providing exceptional support to our users entirely from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely, friendly, and effective support via email, live chat, Discord, and our ticketing system Assist customers with server setup, troubleshooting, and hosting issues Leverage your expertise in game server hosting for games such as those featured on our Games Page - including

Minecraft, Rust, Project Zomboid, Unturned, and Palworld

Document solutions and customer feedback to continuously improve our support process Outreach & Sales

Requirements:

Proven knowledge of game server hosting (experience in one or more of the listed games) Passion for gaming and a strong commitment to customer support Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in a fully remote, structured environment
