Turlov Family Office Securities is a privately-owned financial securities broker, providing clients access to international stock markets (NYSE, NASDAQ, EURONEXT etc.) and a tailored solution to manage their investment portfolios. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused person to join our team.

Overview:


As a Customer Support Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate their accounts, resolve issues, and access the information they need regarding their investments. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations.

Reports to:

Head of Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to client inquiries via ticket, phone, email, (and potentially live chat in the future) in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information and assistance regarding client accounts, trades, and financial products. Resolve customer issues related to account management, transaction discrepancies, and other service requests. Guide clients through online trading platforms, account setup, and portfolio management tools. Collaborate with the compliance and operations teams to address regulatory concerns and ensure adherence to industry standards. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and account updates. Provide support during high-demand periods, including market openings and closures. Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and streamline support processes.

Qualification:



1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably within the financial services or brokerage industry. Fluent in written and verbal communication in English, Afrikaans

Skills:



Strong understanding of financial markets, securities, and investment products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle complex inquiries and resolve issues with tact and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with online trading platforms and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Conditions:


Independent contractor agreement
Compensation for travel/fuel
In office 9am - 6pm
Location: Gordon's Bay
