DaklaPack is looking for a Customer Support Employee!

This job is located in Stellenbosch, South Africa.

DaklaPack Europe, headquartered in Lelystad, is an internationally operating company specializing in (sustainable) packaging solutions. In addition to selling our extensive range of flexible plastic packaging through our web-shop, we also provide custom packaging solutions. Our customers are primarily hospitals and laboratories.

Does the customer need special packaging? We dive in and try to come up with an innovative solution together with our customers.

With over 400 employees, we are growing rapidly both domestically and internationally. Therefore, we are urgently looking for reinforcement to meet our ambitious objectives.

Customer Support Employee - Healthcare Industry

We are looking for a switched on and driven Customer Support Employee to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders and providing the best customer experience to our clients within the Healthcare industry.

In essence you are responsible for the commercial administrative processing of incoming orders, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and having continuous interaction with our supply chain and warehouse. When ready, you will have the opportunity to handle requests yourself and turn them into orders. Let's go and get it!

Responsibilities:

Processing and managing incoming orders. Answering customer inquiries and providing solutions. Ensuring flawless customer experience. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills. Experience in customer support or order processing role is a plus. Affinity with the healthcare industry. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Energetic, self-starter and accurate.
