Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) Computer literate (MS Office Suite, particularly Excel) Fluent in English and at least one other South African language

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist customers throughout the application process via phone, email, or digital platforms Review and verify application documents for accuracy and completeness Guide customers on any missing or incorrect information to ensure swift finalization Capture, update, and maintain customer information on internal systems Provide timely feedback to customers regarding the status of their applications Escalate any technical or complex queries to the relevant department Collaborate with team members to meet daily application targets Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data privacy standards Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Capable of working independently and as part of a team * Reliable transport to ensure punctuality
