About the Role
Shoreability is recruiting a Customer Support & Administration professional to support our UK-based team.
This is an office-based role in Umhlanga, focused on customer onboarding, administration, compliance, and delivering a high standard of customer service within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Account Management
Process website registrations promptly, issuing required documentation and emails via DocuSign
Authorise new customer accounts and send welcome emails with login details
Set up new accounts on the same day of receipt, in line with internal procedures
Contact new customers via phone and email to welcome them and assist with online ordering setup
Ensure all new customers are onboarded in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
Administration & Compliance
Process account amendments on the day of receipt and notify customers once completed
Follow up on incomplete registrations and update internal tracking sheets with progress
Complete Prescription only medicine and insurance checks in line with expiry dates using compliance dashboards
Chase outstanding authorisation forms and action them once received
Contact customers regarding incomplete or incorrect registrations and advise on required corrections
CRM & Customer Communication
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all customer interactions
Ensure all customer communication is professional, timely, and customer-focused
Teamwork & Professional Standards
Carry out instructions provided by the Contact Centre Manager
Complete all administrative tasks related to the department
Maintain a positive, professional, and proactive attitude
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business and support other functions when required
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards as outlined in the company handbook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a regulated environment
Confidence using CRM systems and online systems
